We’re halfway through the week and this time at the halfway mark we’re switching things up with a look at one of the models from our 1/18th scale Premiere Edition line! To be more specific, we’re taking a quick look at the 1/18th scale die-cast Jeep Rescue Concept that, as of our 2016 Catalog, can be found in one single color option, Metallic Orange, aside from its Tactical variant! When it comes to features, this model has a slew including a set of opening doors, an opening hood, an opening tailgate, full-function steering at the turn of the steering wheel, and 4-wheel spring suspension! All of our Premiere Edition models come packaged with a display stand and Maisto showroom display, to find them, be sure to look for our standard Maisto packaging color-coded Yellow and labeled PREMIRE EDITION at your local retailer!
Today we’re spending some time with a larger scale multi-terrain vehicle, the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that can be found in our 1/18th scale Special Edition line! Coming from our 2016 Catalog, this open-top die-cast model is available in two separate color options, Metallic Blue or Red! When it comes to features, this one has the works, with an opening hood and doors, a swing open tailgate, full-function steering at the turn of the wheel, four-wheel spring suspension, and is even mounted on its very own plastic display stand! If you find yourself looking for this Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, or any of our other Special Edition models, keep an eye out for our standard Maisto packaging color-coded Blue!
The Jeep® Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon is the latest in the Maisto line of 1:64 R/C. To charge it, just pop the vehicle on top of the charger/controller for a couple of minutes. Pop it off, set it on the floor and zoom away. The big wheel on the right side of the controller is for steering while the buttons with the red triangles select forward or reverse directions. At just under three inches long, they’re a lot of fun without taking up much space. Other vehicles in the line include the HUMMER® H3™, HUMMER® HX™ Concept and a Volkswagen Touareg.
