You remember these — just stick the key into the back of the car, press the trigger and watch the car zoom away. Now they’re back with fourteen body styles. They’re approximately 3″ long die-cast metal with fast rolling wheels.
Maisto welcomes a new brand to our 1:18 scale 2-Wheelers line: Victory motorcycles. The Jackpot and the Kingpin 8 Ball tooling models have just been approved. We’ll be cutting the steel molds soon and expect the finished models to be at retailers early this summer.

Last week we showed you the tooling model. Here are the pre-production samples. It will be a while before these appear in stores. The stock number for both colors is 31357. Colors are yellow and metallic grey.
In real life, face to face, here is the California Product Development team at Maisto. There are thousands of wonderful people at Maisto who create, sell, manufacture, manage and ship the great products that people collect and play with. But, for the most part, CAPD determines what it is and how it looks. In recognition, we’ve just received the 2009 department of the year award.
We’ve added a blower to our 1:24 ’66 Chevelle Pro Rodz to make this Pro Street version. This tooling model shows how mean it looks.
Ever wanted to drift your R/C? It’s tough unless it’s specially set up for it like the new Maisto Tech Monster Drift cars.
They will be appearing soon at Toys R Us in the special package shown below with the exclusive blue body color.
Well, kinda. These things aren’t free to make…but if you happen to make it by the Maisto booth at the Nuremburg Germany or New York toy fairs this year, you may find one in your bag!! [Sorry collectors, the toy fairs are only open to the trade but maybe you can sweet-talk your local die-cast shop owner into getting one for you. -- Charles. These are a limited run of 2,010 pieces.]
Come by and say hi!
